Special Convention
Fellowship Pacific will be holding a Special Convention on February 7, 2026, for the purpose of allowing the churches of the Region to consider motions related to the membership status of several churches. These motions arise from a follow-up process directed by the constituency at the April 2025 AGM. Convention packages were sent out on January 7th. If you did not receive one, contact us at info@fellowshippacific.ca
Cost In Person: $25.00 per person

Note: Delegate travel share is not offered for this event.
For Online Delegates: You will be given instructions on how to access the livestream and how to vote.
For All Delegates: Please ensure you complete and email your Certificate of Agreement by February 4, 2026 and submit it to info@fellowshippacific.ca

Bylaw 11.1
Each Constituent Church in the Society shall be entitled to appoint delegates according to the following formula:
50 members or fewer– 2 delegates
1 additional delegate for each additional 50 members, to a maximum of 20 delegates.
