EQ Boot Camp is a perfect opportunity for you to examine your leadership paradigm, connect with other ministry leaders, and spend time in quiet reflection.
This two-day retreat is designed to give you time to process a 360º leadership evaluation—in conjunction with your Birkman Results—as you gain a deeper understanding of your emotional intelligence and how it is influencing the way you lead.
